When the client hired us in December of 2021, they were tense and frustrated with their tax debt issues. They had owed taxes for several years in the past but had worked really hard to avoid new debt with the IRS. That being said, the client was having trouble paying her bills and was living paycheck to paycheck. The IRS threatened to continue collection action until we intervened and negotiated on behalf of our client. In August of 2022 we were successful in closing her collections case with the IRS. We had negotiated a stop to all collection action based on the financial hardship our client was going through.
Our client shared this with us, “I feel more relaxed now that I know I do not have to deal with the IRS!”
